Becky Keller

Becky Keller has extensive experience in information technology and service delivery, currently serving as an Information Technology Team Lead and IT Service Request Owner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since January 2007. In this role, Becky oversees the service request process, manages project developments for new services, and ensures service accuracy and compliance with standards. Prior to this, Becky worked as a Service Coordinator at Corporate Technologies, focusing on project management and documentation for customer changes, and began their career as a Coordinator at Ecolab, handling pest work order documentation. Becky holds an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota Crookston and completed high school at Central High School.
