Katie Ernst is an experienced HR professional who has worked in various roles within the human resources and talent acquisition field. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Senior Talent Partner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Katie is responsible for building candidate pools and managing the full recruitment cycle process. Prior to their current role, Katie worked at Aimbridge Hospitality and TMI Hospitality, where Katie developed talent pipelines, coordinated recruiting efforts with hiring managers, and ensured compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Katie's experience also includes managing I-9 compliance and coordinating temporary employee hiring at the corporate level.
