Nicholas Au

Nicholas Au has a solid work experience in the field of software development and consulting. Nicholas recently worked as a Senior Consultant Engineer at Norima Consulting Inc. since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Developer at RAPID RTC from June 2018 to September 2020, where they led a team responsible for the Lead Management System. Nicholas was also involved in analyzing and designing new processes and integrations using documentation and agile practices.

Before joining RAPID RTC, Nicholas worked at DMT Development Systems Group Inc. for several years. Nicholas started as a Junior Developer in May 2011 and then became an Intermediate Developer from July 2012 to June 2018. During their time at DMT Development Systems Group Inc., they worked on projects related to Customer Lead Response systems, providing high response rates and fast response times. Nicholas also provided guidance and support to team members and worked on lead integrations with various providers and CRM companies.

Nicholas Au completed their education from 2008 to 2011 at Red River College Polytechnic, where they pursued a program in Computer Analyst/Programmer.
