Birger Soiland

Birger Soiland has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Birger most recently served as VP of Sales at Norkon starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Investor/Advisor at Monetor from September 2022. During their time at Zephr from September 2021 to September 2022, they held the position of SVP of Sales where they restructured the commercial organization and introduced revenue operations. In 2020, Birger took a break from work and resigned from Kindly to reflect on personal matters. Before that, they were VP of Sales at Kindly from March 2020 to August 2020, navigating market changes and a merger with Recheckit AS. In 2019, they were the VP of Advertising Solutions at Piano, responsible for commercial operations in North America and the UK. From 2016 to 2019, Birger worked at Cxense, first as a Sales Manager EMEA, then as the NorthAM General Manager, and finally as the EMEA/NorthAM General Manager. Birger was responsible for sales growth, large account management, and strategic management. Prior to Cxense, they held sales roles at Nordiske Medier A/S, Genuin, and Norwegian Media Ventures (NMV).

Birger Soiland attended Otto Treider Handelsskole from 1999 to 2002, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Birger later studied at Stetson University from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
