Mads Nessler Stange

Mads Nessler Stange is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the Norwegian military and business sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Norled AS since February 2023, Mads previously held managerial roles at Karabin AS and led the flight safety initiative for the Royal Norwegian Navy, supervising flight safety officers. Mads has a strong background in project management from Forsvarsmateriell, managing government acquisition projects with budgets ranging from 200 million NOK to 2.5 billion NOK. A former pilot in the Norwegian Armed Forces, Mads holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Logistics, and Resource Management from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership and Finance from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway. Additional educational credentials include military studies from Luftkrigsskolen and pilot training from United States Army Schools & Centers.
