Tom Nauta

Tom Nauta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles within various organizations. Currently serving as directeur-bestuurder at NORMA since July 2022, Nauta has a strong background in rights management for performing artists. Previous leadership positions include director of NDP Nieuwsmedia from 2010 to 2022, where Nauta was involved with news companies, and vice president at News Media Europe from 2015 to 2022. Additional roles encompass board member and secretary for the Raad voor de Journalistiek, as well as board member positions at Papier Recycling Nederland and Stichting Reclame Code. Earlier career highlights include serving as algemeen secretaris for De Nederlandse Dagbladpers and holding director roles at the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling and VNU Business Publications.
