Caroline Jonsson

Caroline Jonsson is a seasoned professional currently serving as Production Manager at Norma Precision AB since August 2021 and as the Owner of Carolean Consulting AB since September 2014, focusing on change management, development projects, and project management to create cost-effective and quality-assured processes for clients. Caroline has a strong background in operational excellence, having held various roles such as Consultant at Puzzle as Brand, HSEQ Manager at Metso Fiber Karlstad AB, and Production/Quality Engineer at Metso Fiber Service Center AB. Additionally, Caroline has experience in project leadership, operational development, and production engineering from previous positions at Stål & Verkstad, Metso Kamfab AB, and Kvaerner Kamfab AB. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, completed in 2005.
