Head, Customer Success & Support at Normalyze

Joe Gregory is the head of customer success and support at Normalyze. Joe previously worked as a major accounts solution architect at Qualys from October 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were the vice president of global customer support at Qualys from February 2016 to October 2019. Before joining Qualys, Joe worked for 13 years as an electronic warfare specialist in military intelligence and reconnaissance, both as active duty Air Force and as a contractor with L-3 Communications. Joe led a team that maintained a multi-billion dollar fleet of aircraft fitted with cutting-edge and ever-changing technologies.

Joe Gregory completed an Associate of Science in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Joe then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Grantham University. Joe has also obtained certification from Red Hat as a Red Hat Certified Technician and from Firebrand as a CompTIA Security+ certified professional.
