Clare Nash

Clare works within the Financial Services Practice at Norman Broadbent with particular expertise in Insurance. She has a remit to provide clients with a variety of solutions to solve gaps in permanent hiring, team hires, and research and insight into the Financial Services sector. With nearly 15 years experience of in recruiting for both C-Suite and reporting roles, Clare has developed deep expertise across many functional areas, particularly Actuarial, Risk, Financial Crime, Audit, Underwriting, and Claims.

During her career, Clare has partnered with a wide range of Financial Services clients, ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies, UK-wide. Additionally, she has developed a significant network within FinTech, Technology, and Professional services businesses. Clare has always enjoyed developing excellent, long-term relationships with clients and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering bespoke recruitment solutions for her client base.

Clare is also a Diversity and Inclusion champion for Norman Broadbent. As the first female Director at her former employer, she is passionate about helping her clients create a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Clare is committed to helping clients achieve their D&I strategies and enjoys working in partnership to make a real difference in the long term.

Clare is a graduate of the University of Manchester, with a BA (Hons.) in French & European Studies.
