George Colgate

George Colgate is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and project management. Currently serving as Principal Quantity Surveyor at Norman Rourke Pryme since October 2021, George previously held the position of Commercial Manager at Charybdis Developments, overseeing projects from conception to completion. With earlier roles as a Quantity Surveyor at Project Focused Consulting LLP and a trainee experience at Walter Lilly and Grangewood, George has managed various high-end residential and commercial projects. George's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction and an HND in Construction Management from the University of Kent, complemented by a Level 3 NVQ in Painting and Decorating from Mid Kent College.
