Troy Pavelka

Troy Pavelka has extensive work experience in the remodeling and design industry, with a focus on executive leadership and design roles. Troy started their career in 1998 as an Associate at Legat Architects, where they worked until 2000. Troy then joined Booth Hansen as an Associate for a year. In 2002, Troy joined Normandy Remodeling as a Designer and later became the Director of Design in 2008. Troy currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Normandy Remodeling, a role they have held since October 2022.

Troy Pavelka earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Troy later obtained their Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, Troy has additional certifications as a LEED Associate from USGBC and as a Licensed Architect from the State of Illinois.
