Rebecka Garside

Rebecka Garside has a diverse work experience. Rebecka currently works at Normative.io as an HR-generalist since February 2023. Prior to that, they were with Ramboll, where they held several roles. Rebecka was a Human Resources Operations Coordinator from June 2022 to February 2023, a Recruiter from September 2021 to June 2022, and a Talent Sourcing Specialist from August 2019 to September 2021. Before Ramboll, they worked at PULS as both a Mentorsprojektet from February 2018 to June 2019 and a Projektledare för HR-dagen (arbetsmarknadsdag) from January 2017 to January 2018. Rebecka also gained experience at IKEA Group, where they worked as a Customer Relations employee, including an internship in HR in April 2018, a summer job in customer relations in 2018, and two summer jobs as a Customer Relations Cashier in 2017 and 2016. Rebecka also worked as a Cateringassistent at Wärdshuset Rondellen from July 2014 to January 2016.

Rebecka Garside completed their education at two different institutions. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Jensen gymnasium Västerås, where they earned a Studentexamen degree in Samhällsvetenskap med inriktning beteendevetenskap (Social Sciences with a focus on Behavioral Science). Following this, they enrolled at Linköping University from 2016 to 2019 and obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) degree in Human Resources. In addition to their formal education, Rebecka Garside also acquired a Certifikat för shapes, scales, map TQ from cut-e, an Aon company, in May 2018.
