Subhasis Mohanty

Subhasis Mohanty has extensive work experience and has held various roles in different companies. Subhasis is currently the Vice President - India Sales Area at Normet Group, where they focus on bringing a safety and sustainability culture to the organization. Subhasis also drives stakeholder preference and promotes continuous growth.

Prior to their current role, Subhasis worked at Sandvik Asia Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2020. Here, they held different positions including Global Marketing and Sales Competence Development Manager and Business Line Manager for Parts & Services and Rock Tools.

From 2009 to 2014, Subhasis worked at Hindustan Colas Limited as the Head of Business Development and Regional Business Head for the North Zone.

Subhasis also gained experience at Reliance Retail Limited as the Regional Head for Distribution & Logistics from 2007 to 2009 and at Reliance Industries Ltd. from 2004 to 2007.

Earlier in their career, Subhasis worked at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited as a Technical Services professional in Lubricants & Greases. Subhasis also held the position of Senior Engineer at KALINGA ENGINEERS LIMITED.

Subhasis Mohanty completed their eMDP Professional Certificate Programme in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai from 1998 to 2001. Subhasis started their educational journey by completing their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University from 1990 to 1994.
