Elif Ozer Havan currently serves as a Jr. Product Specialist at Normod, where responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic vision to enhance the digital customer experience. Prior experience includes a role as a Digital Merchandising Coordinator Intern at the LEGO Group, managing digital merchandising across Turkey, Israel, and Greece, and enhancing digital content for various sales channels. Earlier experience at Turkcell involved leading marketing campaigns for digital services aimed at the youth segment and participating in rebranding efforts. Elif also held the position of Partnerships Manager at 1 Genç 1 Gelecek, organizing training programs on various skills for high school students. Elif is pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Communications Management at Galatasaray Üniversitesi after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University.
