Rhoda Mutalemwa

Rhoda Mutalemwa is an experienced professional in environmental consulting and project management, currently serving as H3SE & Assistant Project Manager for the EACOP Project at NORPLAN TANZANIA since September 2022. In addition, Rhoda serves as a Toxicologist and Sediment Assessment Expert for Norplan, overseeing a project focused on sediment quality analysis in the Msimbazi Valley under the Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project, funded by the World Bank. Since October 2018, Rhoda has also been a Project Coordinator and Environmental Consultant at WWS Design and Development Co. LTD, and previously held the position of Health Safety and Environmental Lead at Extent Corporate Advisory. Earlier roles included Health Safety and Environment Lead at Raha Limited. Rhoda holds a Master's degree in Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Laboratory Science Technology from Ardhi University.
