Brand Ambassador at Norrøna

Charles Post has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Head Bird Bander and field team leader for a migratory songbird study at the University of Utah. From 2011 to 2015, Charles was a Graduate Student and Graduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, where they researched food webs in rivers and their watersheds. Charles also worked as a field research assistant at the U.C. Angelo Coast Range Reserve. In 2017, Charles became an Ecology Editor for Modern Huntsman. In 2018, they became a Fellow at The Explorers Club. In 2020, they became a Brand Ambassador for Norrøna Sport AS. Charles also co-founded and served as VP of the Board for The Nature Project starting in 2016. Charles is currently a Scientific Advisor at Protect Our Winters and a Committee Member for the IUCN Species Survival Commission. Additionally, Charles is the Podcast Host for The Traverse, a podcast series exploring the stories of people living unconventional lives of adventure. Charles is also the Principal of Charles Post Media LLC, working as a CSR brand strategy and marketing consultant for various environmentally-minded brands.

Charles Post has a Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation Resource Studies in Watershed Ecology from the University of California, Berkeley.
