Martin Aas

Martin Aas has a strong background in project management and leadership roles. Martin is currently serving as the Head of Projects at Norrøna Sport AS since June 2022. Before joining Norrøna, Martin worked at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace from 2019 to 2022 as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at KONGSBERG from 2014 to 2019, where they held various positions including Project Manager, Team leader/Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Martin also has experience in ship brokering, having worked as a Ship Broker at Pareto from 2010 to 2014. Their career started in the Norwegian Armed Forces, where they served as an Officer from 2005 to 2010.

Martin Aas pursued their education with dedication and determination throughout the years. In 1998, they enrolled in Officer Candidate School, where they delved into the field of Naval studies. Continuing their educational journey, Martin then attended Thompson Rivers University from 2000 to 2002, focusing their efforts on Business Administration and Management. Seeking a broader understanding and skillset, they then joined the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy from 2002 to 2005. Although no degree or specific field of study is mentioned for the latter two institutions, these experiences undoubtedly played a vital role in shaping Martin's educational background.
