Patricia Toal

Patricia Toal serves as the Human Resources Manager and HRBP Advisor at NorSea Denmark since March 2022, specializing in Human Resources Information Systems and data analysis. Prior experience includes roles at Danfoss from July 2017 to March 2020 as a Case Analyst and Senior Learning & Development Consultant, where Patricia developed global training initiatives. At Schneider Electric from September 2005 to January 2015, Patricia held the position of Training Manager for EMEA, overseeing technical training development and implementation of P&L systems. Previous roles also include Market Support Specialist and Event Planner at Thermo King and Marketing Manager at Scotts Hotbread Shops. Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Galway and additional education from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
