Matthew R. Semaka

Matthew R. Semaka is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at Norseman since January 2014, Matthew has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions from a managerial role at EY from October 2012 to January 2014. Academically, Matthew holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario. Additionally, Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration in Natural Resources, Energy & Environment and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, both from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta.
