Kjersti Midthun Næss

Kjersti Midthun Næss has extensive work experience in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and organization development. Kjersti Midthun currently works at Norsk Hydro as the Global Lead for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as the Team Lead for Organization and Culture Development. In this role, they are responsible for developing the company's strategy and roadmap for diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Kjersti Midthun conducts analyses, ensures accountability and commitment from top management, develops a broad set of KPIs, leads the global core team, and manages communication and execution in the business. Additionally, they are responsible for employee listening and uses data to drive fact-based problem solving and change. Prior to their current position, Kjersti worked as an Organization and Leadership Development Specialist at Norsk Hydro. Kjersti Midthun also has experience working as a Manager at EY and as a Summer Intern at both Ernst & Young and Cardo Partners.

Kjersti Midthun Næss received their Master's degree in Finance, General from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2012. Kjersti Midthun also completed an exchange program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management in the same year. In 2020-2021, they pursued a program in Diversity Leadership at the Norwegian Centre for Diversity Management (SEEMA). In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Inclusive Leadership, People Analytics, and a Prince 2 Foundation certification.
