Lars Kolbjørnsen

Lars Kolbjørnsen has extensive work experience in compliance, auditing, and managerial roles. Lars started their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen in 1994 and worked there until 1996. Lars then joined Norsk Hydro as an Internal Auditor from 1996 to 1999. Kolbjørnsen moved to Andersen in 2000 and served as a Manager until 2002. Lars returned to Norsk Hydro and held various positions including Chief Internal Auditor from 2006 to 2011, Corporate Compliance Officer from 2012 to 2013, Head of Corporate Compliance from 2013 to 2018, and currently serves as Vice President and Senior Compliance Officer since 2019.

Lars Kolbjørnsen attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1989 to 1994 and Kiel University from 1992 to 1993. Lars has also obtained a certification in "Converting Face-to-Face Training into Digital Learning" from LinkedIn in 2020.
