Marco Pasqualon

Marco Pasqualon is a seasoned professional in the field of materials science and engineering with extensive experience in innovation and technology management, particularly in aluminum processing. Currently serving as Head of Innovation and Technology for Precision Tubing at Norsk Hydro since November 2017, Marco leads a diverse team across multiple countries, focusing on advanced projects related to aluminum alloy development and manufacturing processes. Prior roles include Senior R&D and OPEX Engineering at SAPA Precision Tubing, where Marco drove performance improvement initiatives and operational excellence in several global locations. With a strong background in project management and a PhD in Material Sciences from Grenoble INP - UGA, Marco has successfully implemented significant productivity enhancements and cost-saving agreements in previous positions within Norsk Hydro and the aluminum industry.
