Paul Draleke

Paul Draleke has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paul currently works at Norsk Hydro as the Head of Project Governance and Support, where they are responsible for managing and developing the company's project governance and model. Prior to this, they worked at Statkraft as the Head of Project Controls, Europe, where they built and developed the Project Controls center of expertise. Paul also held the role of Senior Specialist Project Planner, Wind Offshore at Statkraft. Additionally, they worked as a Partner and Board Member at Albatross Finans AS, a Senior Planning Engineer at Lundin Norway AS, and held various roles at Albatrosss Prosjektledelse AS, Det Norske, Alstom Power, Eikeli Property co-ownership, Statkraft, and ABB. Paul Draleke completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oslo from 1990 to 1993. Paul then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Economics and Economic Analysis from the University of Stavanger from 1994 to 1996.
