Rita Csizmadi

Rita Csizmadi is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager of PMO and Demand Management at Norsk Hydro since April 2021, where responsibilities include portfolio management, program and project management frameworks, and decision-making processes. Prior to this role, Rita held several positions at IBM, including Department Manager, overseeing a team of over 20 Mainframe IT specialists, and leading a Skill Development Program focused on IT education. Additionally, Rita has a background in workforce management, supplier coordination, and resource management from previous roles at IBM and Launch Bt. Rita holds degrees from the University of Miskolc, completing studies in 2006 and 2005.
