Tara Rohar

Tara Rohar is an experienced professional currently serving in the role of Commercial Enablement GTM at Norstella since July 2023. Prior to this position, Tara spent over five years at Confluent, where roles included GTM Programs & Strategic Advisory, Sales Productivity, Performance and Enablement, and Enterprise SDR. In these capacities, Tara developed and managed sales-related programs aimed at enhancing productivity and pipeline growth, while collaborating with various internal stakeholders. Earlier career experiences include a recruiter position at Insight Global, client services at NO6, and an internship at Barry Katz Entertainment, where responsibilities involved managing communications and assisting high-profile clients. Tara holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science in Communication and Media Studies from San Jose State University.
