Youmin Zhang

Youmin Zhang, Ph.D., PMP, is an experienced senior project manager specializing in HRIS, payroll, and talent management systems. Currently serving as Sr. PM at Norstella since June 2023, Youmin has held significant roles at various organizations, including State Government and Chugach Government Solutions, where there were substantial implementations of Workday HCM, Oracle Cloud HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors. Previous positions also include leading projects at American Electric Power, Integrity Staffing Solutions, and NYU Langone Health, focusing on optimizing and upgrading enterprise software solutions. Youmin holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering/Computer Modeling from Drexel University.
