Katy Weber

Katy Weber has extensive experience in product development and manufacturing, currently serving as a Product Development Associate at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC since July 2017. Previously, Katy held the position of Assembly Supervisor at Maxcess International from October 2015 to July 2017 and worked as a Project Coordinator at UE Manufacturing from January 2012 to October 2015. Key responsibilities include liaising with customers, managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines, and overseeing product quality control. Earlier experience at Industrial Specialties LLC involved processing hose kits and liaising between departments and customers. Katy attended Rose State College from 2001 to 2002 and studied at Southern Nazarene University.
