Andrea Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrea started their career at American Railcar Industries, Inc. in 2006 as an Account Coordinator, where they managed customer relationships and oversaw compliance with industry standards. In 2010, they joined ICL - Performance Products LP, initially starting as a Customer Service Representative and then progressing to roles such as Customer Service Supervisor and Demand Planner. In these roles, they demonstrated proficiency in managing customer accounts, facilitating meetings, conducting statistical modeling, and developing and maintaining business processes. Andrea's most recent position was with Nortek Global HVAC, where they held the roles of APO Specialist/Inventory Analyst, General Manager, and Vice President of Customer Success. Andrea showcased their expertise in inventory management, leadership, and customer success in these positions.
