Al Jafery

Al Jafery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and new product development in the HVAC and industrial equipment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Nortek since January 2021, Al Jafery focuses on the development of next-generation residential HVAC products. Prior roles include Manager of Program Management at Sullair, LLC, where significant achievements were made in launching 25 new industrial and portable products, and Engineering Manager at FS Curtis, overseeing the design of new air compressor products. Al Jafery's earlier experience includes pivotal positions at Ford Motor Company as a Vehicle Line Specialist, enhancing high-volume production processes, and at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, contributing to the establishment of a new manufacturing facility. Al Jafery holds a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
