Randy Biggs

Randy Biggs has extensive experience in project management and technology development, currently serving as a ServiceON Project Manager at Ericsson since 2009. Prior to this role, Randy held various managerial and program management positions at Nortel from 1991 to the present, contributing to R&D design and project management. Randy began a career in software design at Bell-Northern Research from 1991 to 1993. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Waterloo, obtained from 1980 to 1985.
