Thies Jansen

Thies Jansen is an accomplished executive with a strong background in sales and operations within the action sports industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Operating Officer at North Actionsports Group since June 2020, Thies has a wealth of experience including roles such as Global Sales Director for Mystic & Magic Marine and Sales Director at MBrands B.V. Their tenure at Protest Boardwear as International Sales Manager involved managing key retail accounts and increasing brand awareness across over 25 countries. Thies also founded the Kite Board Open, the largest kiteboarding event in Europe, and operated an independent roofing company prior to their corporate career. Thies holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by studies at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
