Dr. Amy Deluca

Dr. Amy DeLuca has a diverse work experience. Dr. Amy is currently the Director of Student Services at North Allegheny School District since January 2023. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Professor at Point Park University starting from December 2022. From January 2022 to December 2022, they worked as a Temporary Faculty at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Amy DeLuca also has extensive experience with the Pa. Department of Education, where they served as a Division Chief from March 2016 to December 2022 and as a Special Education Advisor from January 2005 to March 2016.

Dr. Amy DeLuca earned a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Point Park University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters degree in Education from PennWest California. Dr. Amy also holds a Certification in Reading Specialist from PennWest California. Dr. DeLuca completed their Bachelors degree in Elementary Education/Special Education from PennWest Clarion. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Special Education Supervision from the University of Pittsburgh.
