Tim Essenmacher

Tim Essenmacher has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tim worked at North American Bancard from 2024 as the Director of Business Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Corewell Health from 2016 to 2023. Tim was also the Supply Chain Manager at University of Michigan Health System in 2015. At Arden Companies, Tim held various roles including Vice President of Product Engineering and Execution from 2013 to 2015, Vice President Manufacturing Execution from 2009 to 2012, Vice President Business Intelligence/Business Development in 2008, Vice President of Supply Chain Management from 2002 to 2008, and Director of Supply Chain Management from 1998 to 2002. Tim also worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1996 to 1998 and as a Design Engineer at Leco Corporation from 1992 to 1994.

Tim Essenmacher obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1992. Tim later pursued an MBA with a focus in Supply Chain at Michigan State University from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Tim has received certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS. Tim is also a Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) through the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) and has completed the University of Michigan Lean Healthcare program.
