Sumeet Menon

Sumeet Menon has over a decade of experience in IT infrastructure and support, currently serving as Manager of IT Infrastructure at North American Development Group since September 2016, with previous roles including Information Technology Supervisor and Analyst in IT Support. Responsibilities involve providing support to senior executives and corporate users across Canada and the United States, managing a corporate ticketing system, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. Prior to NADG, Sumeet worked as an IT Helpdesk Support Technician at PURE Canadian Gaming, where skills in network wiring and POS hardware/software support were developed. Sumeet holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjabi University and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Technology from Centennial College.
