Todd Addison

Todd Addison is a seasoned professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Development and Investments at North American Development Group since December 2017, after previously holding the role of Director of Development and Investments. Prior experience includes notable positions at Trident Real Estate Group as Principal, The Jacoby Group as Development Manager, and Jacoby Development, Inc. as Development Associate. Todd's expertise encompasses the entire project cycle of mixed-use redevelopment, including due diligence, financing, project management, and construction oversight. Additionally, Todd has a background in engineering, with early experience as a Project and Design Engineer at Dura Automotive and as a Product Engineer at Makita Corporation of America.
