Barb Nutter

Barb Nutter currently serves as the Manager of Personnel Certification at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) since August 2019. Previously, Nutter held the position of Manager of IT Operations at Midwest ISO from June 2006 to September 2007, leading a team of 10 and managing a budget exceeding $2.4 million while overseeing critical real-time applications and software development. Earlier in the career, Nutter worked in Transmission Marketing at Allegheny Energy from April 1998 to May 2000, where responsibilities included implementing power transmission service strategies, pricing analysis, and managing customer relations. Nutter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management of Human Resources & Marketing from Seton Hill University.
