Rhett Lankford

Rhett Lankford has a diverse work experience, starting with various sales positions at Lilly USA, LLC from 2006 to 2013. Rhett then transitioned to roles in finance at Wells Fargo Securities from 2004 to 2006. From 2013 to 2018, Rhett held positions at Lilly USA, LLC, including Consultant, Strategy Consultant, and Market Manager. Rhett then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, Economics & Policy where they were the Director for the Healthcare Services practice until 2021. Currently, Rhett serves as the Vice President at NAPA Management Services.

Rhett Lankford completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2003. In 2021, they attended The Wharton School and completed the Leadership and Management Program. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Digital Acumen in 2019, and became a Malcolm Baldrige State Examiner through The Partnership for Excellence and Quality Texas Foundation in 2016. Rhett also earned a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2010.
