Scott Dranka

Scott Dranka has extensive experience in both law enforcement and higher education administration. Currently serving as an Auditor for Quality Assurance at the Ludlow Police Department since 2018, Scott previously worked as a Police Dispatcher for nearly two decades, honing skills in crisis management and communication. In academia, Scott has been the Director of the Career Center at Springfield College since 2001, overseeing operations, mentoring staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance career services for students and alumni. Additionally, Scott has taken on teaching responsibilities and held other leadership roles within the Career Center, promoting student engagement and employer outreach. Education includes a Master of Education and a Certificate of Advanced Study from Springfield College, along with a Bachelor of Science from American International College. Scott also serves as a Bank Corporator at North Brookfield Savings Bank, contributing to community relations and institutional governance.
