Tung Ouyang

Tung OuYang currently serves as the Network Services Design & Engineering Manager at the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, overseeing the statewide technological infrastructure for the Judicial Branch of North Carolina. Prior to this role, Tung held numerous distinguished positions at IBM from 1996 to 2020, including Distinguished Engineer and Chief Engineer in various capacities where responsibilities included leading service offerings, managing virtual engineering teams, and providing strategic business and technology solutions. Tung's career began at North Carolina State University as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Feng Chia University.
