Joyce Valentine

Joyce Valentine has extensive experience in educational support and technical writing, currently serving as the Manager of the College User Support Team at the North Carolina Community College System since July 2005, overseeing staff training and performance management. Previous roles include Technology Support Analyst, Senior Technical Writer for state-wide projects, and Human Resource Development specialist at Broadreach Consulting. Joyce has contributed to college readiness initiatives as an Alumni Representative for various organizations and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Research & Policy Analysis at North Carolina State University, complementing an educational background that includes a Master’s in Training and Development and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies/Mass Communications.
