Ian E. Bridgers

Ian E. Bridgers, MBA has a diverse work experience. Ian is currently the Special Operations Director at the North Carolina Department of Revenue, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they were the Division Manager - Tax Enforcement at the same department from January 2017 to February 2022. Ian also has experience at Procter & Gamble as part of the CDAE - CVS Sales Team from February 2016 to January 2017.

Ian has extensive experience in the public sector, having worked at the North Carolina Department of Revenue from December 2012 to September 2015. During this time, they held the positions of Assistant Manager Central Collections Unit and Revenue Officer II. Earlier in their career, they worked at Bank of America as a Consumer & Small Business Banker from August 2011 to October 2012.

In the private sector, Ian worked at Altria as a Territory Sales Manager from December 2004 to August 2011. In this role, they managed and supervised over 140 merchandise retail accounts. Ian also worked at Union Pacific Railroad, where they held various roles including Automotive Logistics Manager - Ford & General Motors from February 2004 to October 2004, and Business Representative - Consumer & Machinery Products from June 2002 to February 2004. In the latter role, they successfully negotiated a settlement that resulted in an additional $550,000 of revenue for Union Pacific.

Ian E. Bridgers, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1998 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
