Maurice Mitchell

Maurice Mitchell is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in application support, data management, and system administration. Currently serving as the Application System Analyst Lead at the North Carolina Department of Revenue since August 2022, Maurice provides critical support for the NC Vehicle Tax and Tag System and coordinates maintenance activities among various stakeholders. Maurice also has ongoing experience as a Data Entry Specialist at Total Impact Outreach Ministries since October 2021, focusing on data accuracy and financial tracking. Previous roles include Application Support Specialist at City National Bank, Infrastructure Analyst at Truist, and End User Support Specialist at IBM, where Maurice honed skills in systems troubleshooting, Windows server management, and customer support.
