Paul Sherman

Paul Sherman has extensive experience in agricultural policy and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Assistant to the President at North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation since June 2006, Paul advocates for over 500,000 member families on various regulatory issues, including air quality and renewable energy, through roles such as State Legislative Director and Air & Energy Programs Director. Paul's prior experience includes overseeing permitting and compliance for animal waste management at the North Carolina Division of Water Quality and managing field operations at S&ME, Inc. Paul began their career as a Design Engineer at Hog Slat, Incorporated. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University.
