Stacy Revels Sereno

Stacy Revels Sereno serves as the State Legislative Director and Legislative Counsel for North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation since March 2020, where responsibilities include public policy advocacy. Prior to this role, Stacy held several positions at North Carolina State University, including Assistant Director of Donor Services and Donor Services Specialist. Experience also includes a tenure as Professional Staff on the House Agriculture Committee, Special Assistant to the Administrator at the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Risk Management Agency, and Policy Advisor at the South Dakota Department of Agriculture. Additional roles encompass research and legal internships focused on agricultural law, having worked with organizations such as the National Agricultural Law Center and the National Cattlemen's Beef Association. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from the University of Florida.
