Jay Williams II

Jay Williams II serves as the Academy Administrator, Coach, and Supplemental Training Coordinator at North Carolina FC Youth since July 2019. Prior to this role, Jay held positions such as Assistant Director of Soccer Operations at Pro Performance Rx from August 2015 to July 2019 and Soccer Coach at FC Alliance from February 2015 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes working as Front Desk Staff at Pro Performance RX and as Lead Peer Mentor and Peer Mentor at the Center For Black Culture and Research at West Virginia University between June 2012 and August 2014. Jay's soccer background includes playing for West Virginia University and Wakefield High School Soccer, as well as participation in the Capital Area Soccer League from 1997 to 2010. Jay holds a Regents Bachelor's of Arts degree from West Virginia University, with a focus on Public Relations, Leadership Studies, and Sport and Exercise Psychology.
