Quintin Smith

Quintin Smith, FACHE, CMPE, currently serves as Practice Administrator at Novant Health since September 2023 and is a member of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina MGMA while also holding the position of Chapter President in Charlotte. Previously, Quintin worked as a Management Consultant for an independent rheumatology group, where advisory services focused on enhancing provider compensation programs. Key roles include Manager of Transformation at Envision Healthcare, where direction of operational projects was emphasized, and a strategic advisor at Guidehouse, facilitating improvements in healthcare performance. Quintin also has extensive experience from Baker Tilly US and Atrium Health, where contributions included revenue cycle consulting and mid-level leadership in oncology operations, respectively. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management from Appalachian State University.
