Jessica Arnold

Jessica Arnold is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Deputy Counsel at the North Carolina State Bar since July 2022, Arnold previously held positions as an Associate Attorney at Tarlton Polk PLLC and DeMent Askew, LLP, as well as at Mercogliano & Associates PA. Early legal experience includes a Law Clerk role at J. Brad Polk, Attorney at Law, and a Legal Intern position at the Wake County District Attorney's Office. Arnold also gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Shanahan Law Group and completed judicial externships with the North Carolina Business Court and the N.C. Court of Appeals. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish from North Carolina State University.
