Tessa M. Machen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Senior Account Executive at Mitchell Martin Inc. since June 2017, Tessa works with Fortune 500 companies to fulfill IT staffing needs and has a proven track record in relationship building with C-level executives. Tessa holds leadership roles as North Carolina Regional Voice Chair for the Womens Business Enterprise National Council and as an NCTA Ambassador.
