Judith Ray

Judith Ray is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in instructional technology and higher education. Since 2017, Judith Ray has served as an Instructional Technology Facilitator at North Carolina Virtual Public School. Concurrently, Judith Ray has been an Adjunct Professor at Appalachian State University since 2007 and has held the position of Regional Director at NCTIES since 2004. Previously, from August 2005 to October 2014, Judith Ray was the Chief Technology Officer for Catawba County Schools. Judith Ray's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Media and Library Science from Appalachian State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
