Hannah Black is an experienced educator and program coordinator with a strong background in environmental communication and hands-on science education. Currently serving as the Adult and Family Programs Coordinator, Mountain School Coordinator, and Senior Program Instructor at North Cascades Institute since February 2022, Hannah's previous roles include Program Instructor at the same organization and various positions focused on teaching and curriculum development at institutions such as Jackson Hole Children's Museum and Teton Science Schools. With a Master's degree in Environmental Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University, Hannah has demonstrated expertise in creating engaging educational experiences for diverse age groups and has contributed to environmental stewardship initiatives through interpretive and outdoor education roles across various organizations.
